Traditionally, Revival churches all believed that the Bible follows a miraculous numeric pattern. Change a single letter in the Hebrew or Greek and the entire pattern falls apart. Modern scholarship has shown this idea to be ludicrous. Revival Centres Church disavowed the belief in 1999, but other Revival churches still encourage or at least allow the teaching.
